"The fact that the rating here is so low is hilarious. These are the nicest apartments I've ever seen. You get a 2 car garage, granite countertops, a massive shower, a big porch, tile floors and my garage even had a heater. Also, I don't know if ownership changed but saying the ownership is unprofessional is a downright lie. I personally know the owner and his entire family are like the nicest people you would ever meet. Also, I submitted a maintenance request at night and then the following day after work I noticed the problem was fixed. I dont know if the problem fixed itself or if maintenance did something but that was quick either way! As for the person who said there was a long walk, that's stupid also. I'm guessing a lot of these bad reviews just don't apply anymore or were just made up in the first place. I'll admit the garage doors can be loud, but I really don't care if I hear a garage door every so often. The fact that you get a garage at an apartment is awesome!"

"I was literally the first person to live in this complex. I moved in before the other buildings were built and I absolutely loved these condos! It was owned by the previous management company so I cannot speak for who owns them now. But they were nice, brand new, spacious, and I loved the 2.5 years I lived here!"

"Horrible place to live, they don't have enough parking spots for tenants in the back. Always have to 1/4 mile to your apartment. Walls and floor are paper thin can hear everything through the walls & floor. The garage doors are crazy loud. Can hear your neighbors 3 doors down opening there garage. Customer service is the worst, can never never get ahold of the property manager takes 2 to 3 days to call back if she does. Says she is to busy with all the complexes. Maybe they should hire more help. Also ask anyone there about the outrageous water & electric bill. Water bill is nearly $100 per month. And forgot about your security deposit they find evey little thing to take money, even damage from prior tenants. Worst 1 year experience thank goodness it was only 1 year lease."

"Unprofessional! Doesn't answer emails. There's no office to get a hold of anyone?! I would definitely wouldn't recommend getting a place here. Way better places out there!"

"I would stay FAR away from these condos! They're unorganized, no one likes to answer calls, emails, or mail. And when you're renting that's a huge problem! Owner is unprofessional, so you can't expect anything more from employees. I suggest to anyone looking here to look at other places, this is not a good place to rent from."
