"Normally I have no problem with them I called in to do a stop pay on a ACH. They did process it correctly. It went through but my rent didn't. They did credit the return fee of 35 00 and the stop pay of 30.00. But I feel that they are responsible for the 50.00 extra that I nowchavevtobpay on the rent doctor the check being retrun. They refuse saying that it is not their responsibility. I feel it is . If they had done their job correctly the first time. I wouldn't be in this position now. Plus when I had called in couple times on this. I got the same rep on the phone. And her response was can get fo you for this time. That is how they answer the phones."
