"I didn't even want to give it one star. That can be for the floor plan. This place is the trenches. Horrible costumer service. Very bad maintenance. Lots of gun violence and not to mention it's barricaded on all sides but one. All the cameras they put up and people are breaking them. their is mold in some of the apartments. The power was out for a week after the big ice storm. they will raise your rent out of nowhere. And if you make more than $20/hr you will be paying market rent. our office is only open 3 days a week. The number does not work and it's is extremely violent .It's giving prison life."

"I live here now it’s horrible we don’t have maintenance man they are so unprofessional in the office we only open 3 days out the week I’m going to court now cause someone ran in my house who was shot and my door was broke cause of us not having a maintenance man now I’m getting blamed for it cause my door broke we had a inspection he wrote down what was wrong in my unit in nothing have been fixed yet"

"I love it and it a great place too live only thing I hated is that kids destroyed property but other then that the place is beautiful inside and out but when strange people coming to a parking lot making a lot of noise playing loud music I wake up everyday open up my front door and I see a whole bunch of trash in the parklot kids climbing back and forth on the gate it would be nice if we can keep other people coming in our parking lot chilling when you do not live here but other than that if everybody get together keeping the place looking good it will be a better place to live."

"Apts. are beautiful but one way & out the complex. Garbage dumpster outside designated area to stop traffic a trash rats raccoons cats dogs opening the trash city counsel decision to close one of the exits BIG mistake it's a eye sore but they don't have to live there. If there a evaluation they are putting lives in danger one way in and out smh!!"
