"Over priced and small ! Needs updating."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am moving out within a few months and can't wait until my lease is up. My apartment will soon come on the market for building 4441 for apt 5. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You'll have loud music playing neighbors in apt 6, a drama queen guy in apt 4 kicks walls when park too close to his car (and starts fights with female tenants but run in his apt when confronted by male tenants), and apt has smokers (and now since someone moved into apt1, apt2 now play loud music sometimes too...I think it’s to irritate apt1. If I was apt 1, I would put in noise complaints). You can smell heavy smoke through the vents from apt 2. I have put in so many noise complaints and nothing is done! If you want peace and quiet don't move here! No one wants to come home from work and hear loud music blasting well into the night. Some times it's on past 12am on the weekends. I don't care about no security deposit anymore. I just want out of this hell hole! The plumbing is terrible. My sink and tub are always stopped up. There's hardly ever any parking available. Talk to the other neighbors from other buildings and they'll tell you stuff I'm not even going to write on here."

"The building itself has a nice structure but the neighbors unfortunately ruin things. It's understandable with apartments you're gonna hear noise but the neighbors are a bit too much. I have been woken up 3 in the morning on a Tuesday to the neighbors fighting. Police have been here cause of them smh it's too much. Next door neighbors are heavy smokers and the smells comes through the vents so I have to cover the bathroom vents so in the winter the bathroom is freezing. The smells from next door comes in from the neighbors into my kitchen and those vents has to be covered as well. There has been a few issues with plumbing but the maintenance man is pretty friendly so he fixes it quickly. The upstairs neighbors walk as if they have cemented blocks on their feet and fight like crazy as well. The laundry room has a mildew smell and the parking lot is very raggedy so please drive slow when come in there isn't enough parking for each building unfortunately the company next door bought the lot behind the apartments and still park in our spots but if you park in theirs they will threaten to have your car towed. With any apartment there is going to be some type of friction with something but I can not wait until my lease is up I might rock with the company for another location but definitely will be leaving this apartment."

"Don’t move here! It is always loud with neighbor blasting music at all hours of the day and night. I’ve put in noise complaints and nothing happens. I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move away from this ratchet place. It’s been nothing but pure hell since I’ve moved in. With this loud annoying neighbor and the apartment cigarette smoke from the other neighbor seeping into my apartment through vents... I’m over it! This is a clean apartment building but the neighbors ruin it. If you want peace and quiet then do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live!"
