"Terrible, old management was way better stuff got done. New management is TERRIBLE. nobody listens gives excuses on EVERYTHING. Rude unprofessional everything under the SUN. Don’t spray for anything than when they send someone to spray they do a half JOB. Want you to pay a 1000+ in rent on time never wanna fix anything. MESSED MY LEASE UP ON THEY BEHALF I SUFFER FROM THEM HOLDING MY LEASE TILL JULY. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL‼️‼️‼️‼️! POOL BEEN DOWN MOST OF THE SUMMER, FALSE Advertisement NO WORK OUT ROOM!!!! NO NOTHING SLUMS JUST WANT MONEY‼️‼️ THEY DESERVE 0 STARS… ONE IS WAY TO MUCH‼️"
"Wow!!! How the heat not working on the coldest days in our building. SMH. Then I had to literally call the office back to back to back for them to answer because they never answer the phone and didn’t respond to my work order request. Now I see why my neighbors downstairs ain’t been paying the rent. Maintenance not responding and why do I have to feel like I’m bugging the leasing office for a response !!!! Security deposit or not y’all have to help residents that’s paying monthly. No security deposit was y’all decision NOT OURS. Do not move here. I can’t wait til my lease is up. Dont believe the fake reviews saying it’s a great place. They ask you to leave those reviews right after giving you your apartment but you will get on here and delete it and make a bad one after your experience. Jacob is rude and Tisha always dodging and ducking. Everytime I do go in the office they hire someone new. They can’t keep anyone apparently."
"The first few months living here I was pretty disappointed due several different things such as the quality of work done on the renovated apartments and not being able to get to through to the office via phone. However, overall the staff is very friendly and the property manager is personable-I believe they do care about their residents. The maintenance team is always on top of requests. The maintenance team and property manager are aware of the issues with the renovated units and working on getting those things fixed as well."
"The worst management I’ve ever seen in my life. They don’t answer phone calls, and they don’t call back after a voice message is left. Most of the time their office is closed or only one person is in the office, which is the manager. They need more employees. They need to take action in following up with the residents. I feel so so sorry that I picked this place. They have no respect for residents and their time. The old management was so much better. We didn’t face any of these problems with them. This apartment deserves 0 starts, 1 is too much. My advice RUN AWAY!"
"Can the office get some help? I’m tired of being ignored or simply told that the phones and emails will go unanswered as long as the 1 person in the office claims to do everything. Also I was told that I can’t get an email of my ledger after making a payment, so how am I supposed to receive it if y’all always busy with new apps and walk throughs? Also I would like to speak with a district manager or regional manager, I’m tired of being told I’m angry when attempting to hold the property management accountable for things happening on the property? Also being told I’m angry isn’t going to stop me from wanting where I live to actually be something (kept up/maintenance). Can’t keep taking our money and then tell us you’ll get back with us whenever. I’ll continue to document my request and ask that you clear your voicemail, it’s not a personal line, it’s a support line, but with no support?!?! Make it make sense please? I was told that my request get handled, but I’ve been asking for repairs on my moms building door before this property management, during y’all transition period and when the current owners settled in, but was told that wasn’t the case, stop calling folks liars and do your job. I’ve never heard someone deflect so much, it’s not personal, but if this place needs more attention/ resources, respectfully, why our you fighting against tenants like myself that are willing to contact district and regional managers to ask them for the help, or better yet, stop us from letting them know how bad it’s been around here, like the many contractors tearing up, leaving messes and nobody holding them accountable. I shouldn’t have to speak with all your contractors to ask them to clean up after they make a huge industrial mess from the weekend projects, not just the weekly ones. This place hasn’t been what it should or even could be! Heads up to anyone thinking about this place, majority of the apartments haven’t been remodeled, got work orders in my house, but they seem to be more about the new tenants their trying to sell their idealistic living situation to, but we all know what it really is. 2024 Exodus Amen!"
