"No central AC. Bedrooms get hot during the summers due to this. Want a nice shower? Not here. Water pressure is very hit or miss, depending on time of day. Only thing I like is there are unit specific washer and dryers on site."

"Not a great place to stay, staff is friendly....but if you are a little late with rent they will charge you 160 ASAP to go to court you could only owe 20 or 40 bucks an they will still put you out. Also rent is high maintenance is late. I have to turn my heat up all the way to 80 degrees just so my apartment can get warm Because it’s cold then summer time burn up because of one room air conditioner. For the amount they are charging for the apartments and two bedroom townhome they could At least put in Central air units to the apartments and townhomes."

"Let’s be real 895 for a tiny two bedroom with paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbors every move ... they come with one old school air conditioner that sticks out the wall so expect to burn in the summer ...the Gardner’s cut the grass too low so it looks like the projects in some areas .. annnnd you have to walk about a block or drive to your mailbox which is located outside ....they do not offer 24 hr anything , after the office is closed it’s over ....not worth it .. you may as well rent a whole house for the price"
