Lafayette Place Lofts

"I lived at Lafayette Place Lofts for four years and it was a great experience, especially after they automated rent. The unit itself was beautiful and the view that I had was the best view of any place I've lived. I worked about 5 minutes away, but downtown Pontiac is a hidden gem with some cool spots. Although my rent increased each year, it was nothing drastic as it went up. The building manager, Bob Davis, was awesome and always attentive. My only beef with the property was the parking situation. I felt it to be too costly to use the in-building parking. If I decide to move back to Michigan, I would look into living here again. It's a great property."

"Great place to live, almost every loft has a scenic view in Pontiac. Very quiet living spaces, everyone here is very respectful and friendly, pets are welcomed too, a huge plus. The security at the building is very tight, males my family feel very safe. A market and gym are in the same building and downtown Pontiac is in your backyard. A very convenient spot."

"Moved in a couple months ago. No complaints. Office manager onsite, very helpful and accommodating for move-in and other questions. Building is quiet. Only disappointment is roof top patio is not available for recreation, sunbathing, or socializing unless you pay. And parking prices are a little inflated. The price for rent is very competitive for quality of unit and area."
