"Their products and service are absolutely amazing! Within a year of purchasing a brand new sectional, I made the choice to try to save my uncomfortable couch using replacement cushions. The foam the manufacturer chose was poor in quality and lead to back & hip issues for the hubby and I both! I reserched many companies and decided to go with Foam Factory. "I would give them zero stars if I could. My husband dropped off three couch cushions and after two trys, the cushions were still not cut correctly and the dacron batting was not cut or attached appropriately. They no longer fit our couch. The manager offer nothing but excuses and assurances that the poorly shaped portions could be hidden in the back or "molded" into shape to look better. After a lenghthy discussion, he gave our cushion covers back and told the customer service worker to refund our money. Our original cushions had been thrown away so now cannot use our couch. I would not recommend this place."

"I had ordered a new cushion & cover, for my front porch swing, from another company. I loved the cover but the cushion that was supplied with the cover, was too hard and not comfortable to sit on. I ordered another cushion from The Foam Factory and I am glad I did! The new cushion is much better! The fact that they are made in the USA is another plus!"

"This place has professional quality foam for a fraction of the price. I've compared their foam to auralex and honestly prefer foam factory. They also have all the test information for all their foam. I've picked up orders from there and had some delivered both processes are smooth and quick. They even cut me 2 custom pieces to block off my windows."
