"KSI installed the master bathroom in 2019 of the home we bought in 2022. Mark LaRouche has done many of their bathroom installs as communicated by Mike Gregart, and I would be aware of the quality of the shower install if he has completed your work. I also saw on a Livonia location review that the bathroom vent fans were not routed through the roof - they did the same at this house. We are fortunate that there is not mold in the attic from this. There have been no replies and ability to address the situation. ETA that in their response to my review, there have not been good faith efforts to schedule an inspection, discuss having an inspection, and have not tried to determine how to address the issue."
