"Lived here for about two years and it is great place to live. The thing I care about most is the environment- and this place delivers. In terms of noise, I’m up late and it’s pretty quiet. Feels like a very safe living environment too. Maintenance is usually on top of any emergency request you may have and most of them are fairly nice too. Although I don’t normally partake, the office is always doing something special for us residents during the holidays."

"It is my first place to stay long time in Michigan. So far i found it great and felt like home. It is clean and have lots of open space. Maintenance guys are awesome. They come instantly to solve any issue arise. I would recommend to plant more colorful flowers in upcoming spring and summer infront of apartments. Thanks"

"Love the living space and the community here for sure! Such a quiet area and nature filled given that it's right next to telegraph road. The workers in the leasing office are all super nice and friendly! Also I am amazed at how quick of a turnaround maintenance has had for us with fixes that we've needed around the apartment! The only thing is out of our control which is having noisy neighbors near us that are very loud argumentative which results in lack of sleep. Other than that, everything has been great!"

"This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with apartments. Below are pictures attached to show how my two bedroom/ supposedly suppose to be an “upgrade” was NOT up to par. For one, all they did was clean the carpet and floors. My kitchen and bathroom was filthy when I moved in! The cabinets have stains , my microwave has a broken piece inside which is causing a fire hazard, the stove is disgusting, my refrigerator is STILL missing parts that belong in there to keep the food in… I haven’t even been living here for a month and now my refrigerator is not working! I was gone for a couple of days and come back to all my food RUINED that I have to throw out! My bathroom tub was filthy , management sent out their “cleaning service” that did a terrible job!! My tub was NOT cleaned, and I was told by Maintenance that the black spots in the tub wouldn’t come out. However , I- not a professional cleaner, was able to get the tub spotless in two days. On top of that my bedroom window is not SECURE AT ALL. It has a long white stick in the window to keep from opening. And it is CRACKED and full of dust and Cobb webs. The paint they did in this unit was done terribly , (pictures attached below). Maintenance has only came to my place twice and fixed a couple of things on the long list of things I have asked to be repaired. Also, within my first week of living here the light in the hallway is out , and I am on the first floor so when I leave out at night or come home it is PITCH BLACK and I have to use a flashlight to open my door.I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Only thing decent about this place is that it is close to everything. I am not happy with my experience at Bloomfield Place so far and regret moving here."

"We've been here about 4 1/2 years. Staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick usually with a request, have community events throughout the year (contests, food trucks, etc) for residents, pool is nice, and seems to be making improvements throughout (paving parking lots, updating buildings). Would only say that rent does increase every year (usually around $30-$40 for us) and utilities like water and trash no longer included in rent as it was when we moved in originally. Overall, we like living here"
