"Mark at the front desk is extremely accommodating and very friendly and professional. I stayed here while my dog had surgery and he helped make it a stress free, comfortable couple of days for me. All the staff I encountered were really pleasant and made me feel valued. My room was facing the courtyard which was beautiful! I thought the faux owl on top of the building was real though LOL. I'm assuming it was placed there to keep critters away. It was funny. The only complaint I had was that the housekeeping needs to pay attention and do much better- there were a few things I saw that were completely unacceptable, including the toilet not being cleaned. There were also some little things (king size bed but standard size pillows) that aren't really that big of an issue but for this caliber of a hotel- it kinda is."

"Checked out on 2/3/24, housekeeping was already at my door knocking for room service when I was checking out by noon. The Front Desk was already aware that I was checking out at noon, so why was housekeeping knocking? In my rush to leave, I forgot an item on the bed. I realized I was missing it two hours later and called the hotel to instruct the front desk to place the item there. I mentioned that I would have someone pick it up since I am from out of town. However, I was informed that the housekeeping manager had left for the day. When I called back the next day, I was told that nothing was found or reported. I distinctly remember that the item was on the bed when I was packing. If you stay at this hotel, be aware that your belongings might be stolen or discarded. I will never stay there again, and I will ensure that all my friends and family know to steer clear. I expected better customer service and organization from a Hilton property."

"The various restaurants here are solid, the service is great and location is convenient. The rooms are pretty basic and I would have liked to have pillows that were more comfortable though. The pillows were super stiff."

"This is a pretty hotel. The staff is nice. But I got charged $100 and have no idea why. On top of the room price. For starters, my room smelled musty. There were cigarette burns on the balcony and the side of the building off of the room. I told the front desk. I had a $30 credit for food which was supposed to be used when I gave it to the waitress. Somehow despite all of this and the incidental charge I was charged $102. That doesn’t make sense. What is going on here? And, I really liked the location, but I cannot recommend a place that will do this. I do not have a receipt either."
