"Please be aware of UPS store policy and weather liability issues in advance. If you pay to have a package delivered by a certain time, they will lie and claim weather issues, when there are none! This is so UPS is not responsible for delivering it late. Even though it was late, and had to be sent back, no refund was provided. This store in particular did not intervene on my behalf. One of the managers named Luke was not helpful at all. The store owner, Mr. Patel, had a chance to be honest and intervene on my behalf and he did not and lied. I checked the weather on the date in question and it wasn't inclement. I will never do business with this store ever again. Poor customer service and poor actual service by both the store itself and UPS in general!!! FOR SHAME!!!!!"
