"This Fedex location has taken my mattress out for deliver twice now. Once they took it back for "operational delays" then the next day had a delivery window of 9:40 AM - 1:40 PM. No delivery. At 6:05 PM I checked my FedEx tracking and they said at 4:59 PM they attempted a delivery but unable to deliver. Then they said I requested a vacation hold. Another lie. The representative on the phone said "Oh well, it's too late now you'll get it Monday". Are you kidding me? Because your driver lied about attempting to deliver my package, I'm without a bed for another *minimal* two days. FedEx offered no solutions for their driver blatantly lying. Avoid at all costs."
"Would give a zero if it would let me. Second time we've ordered and it says it was delivered but it wasn't. The drivers are literally too lazy to bring the packages inside and drive off with them instead. Absolutely pathetic."
