Arbor Circle Apartments

"I was at Arbor Circle last year. From the day I walked into their office requesting an apartment I was treated very well. I thoroughly enjoyed my year at Arbor Circle and will return if my husband dies. The rooms are very spacious with washer and dryer in the apt. Each apt has free carport. When I called the office any maintenance situation was handled immediately which I appreciated. The office manager was always friendly and ready to assist me. I will return again if/when my spouse is no longer with me. Thank you Arbor Circle for a most enjoyable year with you."

"Beautiful property and unit is spacious with a great balcony. The grounds are nicely maintained and the pool is a great touch, not to mention being so close to the lake and several walking trails! Staff is very friendly and polite and the new maintenance has been great at fulfilling work orders quickly and efficiently!"

"I love living at Arbor Circle! The maintenance crew is always prompt & very communicative. Office manager & staff is always returning calls/emails promptly as well. I’ve never had an issue here, and even with small issues/concerns that I had they were dealt with immediately. My unit is up to date and was so clean when I moved in. I’ve been here for over a year now and signed an additional 15 month lease. I highly recommend Arbor Circle for the spacious apartments, great staff, and great community!"

"One of the most unprofessional apartment communities in Ypsilanti. We have been trying to get in contact with the leasing office calling them constantly, and the calls are continuously ignored. In addition, the staff here will enter your homes with little to no notice and call it "inspecting" which is extremely unacceptable and alarming. I would not recommend living here as this community offers no incentives for their lack of professional behavior and poor upkeep of apartments. This is one of those communities where they slap paint on a vacant apartment and label it as "ready to move in". If I could leave negative stars I would."
