"icky vicky is still incredibly rude and condescending. i called the office 2 hours before close to inquire about dates of move in availability and she acted like she would rather be doing anything other than her job. talked over me the entire time. think it’s time for retirement"
"No empathy very nonchalant , I don’t understand why the system would allow me to do an application if it won’t be available after 90 days the system sucks! The lady in the office sucks! I spent money on an application for this place twice and they don’t care because they already have somewhere to live, no one should be able too pay an application fee if it’s unavailable nobody has time to call first if they need to move asap!!! Which a person who already has there own place wouldn’t care about"
"Just spoke to someone named Vicki today who I believe may be the office manager. As soon as I got on the phone with her she seemed pretty rude. She barely gave me any room to speak and seemed like she just wanted to get off of the phone. I saw a few reviews about her from a few years ago and I thought maybe she wasn’t there anymore and if so I figured I’d be the judge on my own but even after all these years and reviews she doesn’t care to be more pleasant. No matter your age I’m sure we’ve all been taught that it’s important to have a good first impression."
"My husband and I are currently looking for an apartment. Today I called this place to check what are the prices, as the the website (apartments.com) doesn't give any info, it's says "call for rent" (see attachment). So I called... When I said I have a few question about the property, woman on the phone - Siggy or Johnson (I'd say sorry if I got the name wrong, but i'm not sorry) interrupted me and said quote "first I have some questions for you" and then she told me that if we are low income family we are not welcomed. Over the past few days I've spoken to different leasing managers, some of them were better, some of them were not, but no one have started the conversation by basically asking "how much money do you make". Needless to say, that after this I want to be nowhere near these kind of people and management. Not only this is HIGHLY unprofessional and RUDE, if they have some policies there are zillions of way to explain them properly! I may understand the policies of the management companies, but I refuse to understand tactlessness as she is a person who provides services. Send her to some service management courses or better yet, find some who already know how to talk to people."
"I'm on my third lease now. I lived here with a roommate a few years ago and it was the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. I only moved out because of where my work was located at the time. I wanted something a little bit closer. I came back to live in a one bedroom spring 2016 and now I live in a two bedroom. Vicki and Harold are amazing people. Harold (the maintenance guy) is always so hard working. I sometimes see him at 8 am already working even though the office hours are 9-5. They always say hello and nothing is ever half done. Everything is thorough between the paperwork, the explanation of the lease, and the work they put into the apartments. The neighbors have always been great. I feel completely safe walking to my car at night and just being in my apartment by myself. There has been previous apartments that I have never felt as safe as Brookwood walking to my apartment in the dark. I'm so glad I found a place for the next few years to call home."
