"We stayed here at the beginning of November and got a good night's sleep. Clean room. No issues. Tv has streaming options. What more do you need! All good. Would stay here again"
"Stayed here while visiting relatives in Ann Arbor. The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At the end of our stay, our car would not start. They managed to re-book us for another night even though the hotel was sold out. Above and beyond. The motel was clean, our room was clean, and they served a nice breakfast. We did not use the other facilities during our stay, but there is an indoor pool and a nice exercise room. We will definitely stay there again during our next trip to Ann Arbor."
"We really enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Yipsilanti. The room was very nice with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee, full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. These are a few of the reasons I loved it. The cons were some maintenance items that needed addressed, missing bulb in lamp by bed and stain in carpet, loose toilet paper holder. A great experience overall though and would recommend it."
"Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. Gym has everything you need to get a workout done. I haven’t tried the pool. No problems with parking. Took a star away because I check out early & was told there would be coffee available at all times. On two separate occasions it was not, the staff was making fresh. Small inconvenience but it mattered to me."
"As someone who travels for work and constantly stays in hotels, I have not always had the best experiences. Hampton Inn Ypsilanti was exceptional. Every manager throughout my stay went out of their way to accommodate me with extreme kindness. The manager even went as far as to clean the luggage trolleys himself. They really care about the guests! It's the most top-notch Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at! 5 stars all the way!"
