"The management & staff are approachable, courteous, and professional. The service coordinators hold monthly events for the residents. I would consider these to be luxury apartments considering the chapel, computer lab, fitness center, library, pool, and salon on site."
"They are racist and they want to be in your apartment while you are gone, they purposely tell you not to change the locks so that they have access to your apartment at all times. They have a problem with black two-parent households, that's why they don't have any and they have a problem if you have an opinion. The maintenance crew is horrible they do not know how to fix anything and lies to management about violations. I was not comfortable the whole time I was there and was constantly threatened about raising my rent. Certain rules applied only to Blacks and there is heavy discrimination going on here. This is also a property ran by HUD. They are so unprofessional here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It's not worth your time, money, or sanity."
