"I wish I could leave a better review. We just moved in on June 23rd and we’ve had a lot of issues. We paid a cleaning fee when we signed our lease, no big deal. We then expected it to be clean when we moved in, wrong. Underneath the base board heating is literally the grossest thing I’ve ever seen. A whole lot of stuff left over from past tenants. Dirty ceilings and nail polish all over the hardwood floors. We have been contacting management about a leaking bathroom pipe for weeks, broken AC unit, broken screen door, broken closet doors, broken patio steps. Honestly the list could keep going. Along with that this place is infested with bugs, the front door of the building itself doesn’t shut all the way so you gotta be careful when entering because there’s bugs throughout the entire building. There’s a gap from our floor and our trim we just noticed and bugs are entering and exiting thru there. All the screens on every single window are infested with bugs since they’re all ripped or broken. My thing is, if this place was rushed to get ready for us to move in, which it seems like it was, why even tell us it was ready? I’d rather feel comfortable in my place I call home than feel like there is bugs crawling on me 24/7. This building and parking lots and landscaping is NOT maintained, if at all. - We were without hot water for days over the weekend and the number for emergency maintenance is wrong on our Lease contract. I couldn’t talk to anyone all weekend about our issue, thank god it wasn’t anything more serious but it worries me that if there was something serious no one would pick up the phone. - Nov. 2022 We had a sewage backup and they left raw sewage in the basement. Hot water went out again for days. I asked my neighbor if it’s always this bad and she informed me she has lived here for three years and ever since Mark Z bought it it’s been going downhill. PLEASE safe yourself the headache and try and find somewhere else to live. These reviews are from before he owned this complex. They keep deleting my reviews"

"Don’t let the reviews of the owners wife and their families fool you with the five star reviews when they don’t even live here. This is quite possibly one of the worst apartment complexes in the area. Once Mark and his crew took over, the whole apartment complex management has declined severely. First and foremost, the parking lot is a complete hazard and needs to be torn up and redone. It is the absolute worst.. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor recommend a place where the owners family and friends are giving five star reviews to this group of clowns."
