The apartments are amazing, the amenities our exactly as you see in the photographs on the website. But one of the most beautiful thing about this community is their people (the leasing staff) especially Lisa. I can't thank her enough for everything. Especially when our parents were around. "We (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs) moved to Michigan in May and were in need of a temporary home for our family. After a few detailed google searches, we stumbled across The Crossings and were super excited to find a complex that was modern, full of amenities and within civilization (food, grocery, gas, schools, highway access). We rented the apartment only seeing it online thru video/pics and we were definitely not disappointed on moving day. The exterior and interiors are clean, modern and the puppy yards are a wonderful and much appreciated addition. They even have upgraded units that give you that luxury custom home feel. We have recently even upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom since we have decided to extend our stay even longer. You just can’t find any other housing within the areas of South Lyon, Novi and Northville that offer a modern esthetic and a plethora of amenities at this price point. Andrew let us know when the updated 3 bedroom had come available and made the transition process smooth. He gave us recommendations for movers, handyman services, etc and was available and approachable when needed. The staff at The Crossings go above and beyond to accommodate the residents and make sure everyone feels like part of a community. Phone calls/texts are answered and returned, maintenance requests are completed and in a timely manner and monthly events are organized by the staff such as food trucks, homemade breakfasts, pot lucks, etc. Lisa is friendly, down to earth and definitely stays on top of things. You can tell she takes pride in her job and makes the residents a priority. She was even kind enough to offer to meet after office hours to deliver our keys we when expected a late arrival at move-in. Mary Kay and Hannah in the office are also knowledgeable, helpful and focused on resident satisfaction. If you are need of housing in the area with an updated look, whether short or long term or just interested in downsizing to an apartment community for the sake of amenities and a friendly neighborhood feel, don’t hesitate to check out The Crossings for sure. *Attached pictures of our upgraded unit to showcase closet systems even in secondary bedrooms and front load washer/dryer in the laundry room."

"We chose The Crossings as an interim apartment between selling and buying a home. The amenities were great and the staff are very attentive. I give a special thanks to Dutch who went over and above to deal with some of the issues we had with the A/C being a new system. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for high-end living as an alternative to ownership. We truly enjoyed our time there."

"First and foremost, the apartment itself was outstanding. It boasted a modern and stylish design. The attention to detail in the apartment's construction and amenities truly made it stand out from other properties in the area. Hannah was a true professional. Her expertise and knowledge were evident from the very beginning. She provided me with a sheet of information on it and went over everything thoroughly without hesitation. She really provided enough information where I didn't have any questions about the spaces. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire tour. She answered my question regarding application process and followed up with an email with the virtual videos to keep me interested which definitely worked. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication to delivering exceptional service truly sets her apart. If you want a smooth and successful experience ask for Hannah! "The first few months were great! Until the units started to fill and we have neighbors upstairs and on both sides. I’ve lived in my fair share of apts but, never once have I been able to hear the next door neighbors throwing up or the bed squeaking above me. We pay for a first floor unit to have the puppy porch however ours is and has been a mud pit since January. We have been promised a number of times it would be just a few more weeks since. Overall after 8 months I think it’s overpriced, you’re paying a premium for it to look pretty."
