"The worst customer service ever!! The notary is never there and her assistant refuses to open the door or answer. The telephone has no idea when she’ll be coming, but there’s a great big sign that up that says notary I went there is three times to get something notarized and she’s never there. Skip this place all together and go to the UPS store Absolutely horrible service horrible, horrible customer service and by the way, there’s no notary. The door doesn’t even open on time. When I called and asked if the notary was and they told me yes, twice I got there. He was not there. Somehow she’s out of town on a Monday morning and Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon. Skip this place all together don’t waste your time I know I won’t ever again."

"Will never order to this wish place again. Taylor even though a little further has much more inviting atmosphere. Also to note for those who are vaccinated. A mask is still required! Edit: Please my review is fair, it's an opinion as a customer and as far as I'm concerned it stands. This isn't about race. My partner is of color so that has nothing to do with any of my reviews. And letting others know that your place requires a mask is nothing but letting others no in advance especially those like myself who are vaccinated and are over being held back by a disease our own state retracted mask restrictions on. Your a store that requires web based codes but have the worse web access that partly part of the issue. Last Edit: Just because you profiled a gay, mixed race customer and seem to not be able to just take the criticism a customer had of your business. It really shows future customers how real you are and have angered or (triggered) you can and will get. My review of your business stands. If your a wish customer and want to pick up an order I suggest you use another mailbox service. You'll have no signal in the store to be able to pull up the code or codes needed. As for the mask situation it's bothersome to know some will never recover due to not getting the vaccine. If a business is requiring a mask I for one would never do business there. With a vaccine program thats now widely available to everyone there's no excuse to not do your part and be vaccinated. We seem to have a long way to go before the community moves forward from this devastating pandemic. Reviews are ones opinion of something. Everyone reading has to make up their own mind. To be upset over a review and totally go off on a customer instead of saying I'm sorry. Maybe even saying nothing at all. This shows no professionalism. My review and or reviews always stand unless an actual change in the business happens. As a gay male who's married outside of my race, I meet alot of bias every-day. "Shay which is the owner is a very nice young lady. went to pick up my WISH packages and was in and out. Purchased a couple other items while I was there and didn’t have to go to another store to pickup. It’s a wonderful one stop shop. This will be my go to store since I only stay down the street."
