"The employee seemed annoyed at my presence even though UPS called me and told me to come pick up my package because they had made a mistake. Once they decided they were going to look for my package it was a pretty quick pickup process. Why 3 stars? 1) because while less than pleasant, the person helping me actually knew what they were talking about and was the first one who could explain to me what had happened with my delivery, 2) there was no wait, and 3) the pickup process itself was simple."

"This was my first time going here and the woman greeted me and was very pleasant and helpful. I was sending documents. she got me an envelope and printed my label and i went on my merry day. She definitely gave me excellent customer service."

"Every single thing I order from anywhere that goes through this facility has been delayed, lost or damaged. They have an incompetent staff and their customer service is just as bad, very rude. I'm seriously considering not ordering anything online just to avoid having to deal with them."

"Mike is my FAVORITE UPS DRIVER!!! He delivers all our packages. Always has a smile on his face!! I always know when he pulls up, and he smiles as he hears me say “It’s my FAVORITE UPS DRIVER!!” He no doubt deserves a raise. He handles those packages like it’s nothing. I came in to the hub to send a package and was even asking about him. His coworker (another driver) said everyone knows Mike!! Kat was superb as well. She helped me send my niece her package without hesitation and assured me it would be delivered by tomorrow. Kat deserves a raise too. Just wanted to let UPS know they do have some good drivers and customers support workers who are awesome and rock!! Hell raises for everybody!! ❤️ Carmen"
