"I'll make it real short. I picked up a van on the 17 th with the assurance from my fleet owner ( Steven Mcneal) I get into the van and do my checks I realize the heat isnt working and all this time my pick up time was approaching. I called dispatch and made them know the situation at hand that they just said try to make it. My fleet owner called his mechanic to bring another van to me at the company and by the time the van arrives its 3:05 pm whereas I had to drive to Auburn hills which was 1 hour 4 minutes away. I called dispatch again and told them I don't want to be late in picking up. Once again I was told to try to make it there. I left the yard after all paperwork for the van was done at 3:15 pm and I got to Auburn hills exactly 4 pm for my pick up. I called dispatch and they were surprised. I pick up the load and I was supposed to head to Minnesota but then I wanted to top up on gas and boom my fuel card won't work. I had to use $20 out of my pocket to get gas and that run out real quick and yet dispatch won't help me with the efs card. I slept super cold in the van. Next day I get a call from who ever his name is shouting and being all mean. I told him dude relax and let me explain. He kept on being mean and all that and I told him my fleet owner wants me to meet him in Holland so he can do something on the van. To cut it short there a lot of miscommunication and there still is. I was not paid for picking up the load and the $20 I spent on gas. My fleet owner (Steven Mcneal) a very impatient man I got to find out called today to cancel the contract. I was so happy as I got of a load of stress from this company. And I'll post this on the review on Google. Please don't work for Steve Mcneal an impatient man ."
