Teal Run

"I have problems here with the apt. My dishwasher and fridge are the originals placed in the beginning of the opening of Teal run. Fridge is always threatening to go out. The dishwasher has rust and whatever. I won't use it. Teal run is very quiet and peaceful. As for the conditions of the other apts., I have no idea. My apt has dents in the corners of the walls, sink, front door. Where somebody tried getting in at one time. The door frame was kicked in once. This happened before us, According to maintenance. Other than that the place itself is a nice quiet place. I'm sure most apts are ok. Just not this one. However as far as mice and cockroaches go. I have never had problems with those here. The complex is kept up, very clean. Management seems very nice and friendly."

"I have lived here for almost 12 years in two different apartments. When I say I have never ever had a problem with mice or roach I have not. I also have two friends live about here as well for over 5 years they have not either. so what I'm saying people are living nasty. the new staff is wonder no problems."

"I love my apartment. It’s spacious, a little out dated as far as amenities and fixtures but still very nice and spacious. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion and as long as communication is being had, they will work with you in moments of financial hardships. Very clean and quite on the outside. I haven’t had any issues with unruly neighbors, no pest problems at all and all of my household appliances work. Melissa was ok to deal with as a leasing manager but I LOVE the 2 new ladies in the office now (I think their names are Mary and Heather I’m unsure but they are great!)The one thing I do dislike is the loud music that is played by people blasting music out their car as they drive through the parking lots. Other than that, Teal Run is wonderful and I plan on resigning my lease in a few months."

"I see other reviews about mice and cockroaches. Granted they were from years ago. I signed my lease on Valentine's day and haven't had any issues. A few ants on the windowsill but I'm sure it just needs a wipe down...kids...there are some roudy middle school aged kids that cuss and throw rocks, not at others...just up the slides. And play rough on the playground. Almost knocked my 4year old off the top of a ladder so we don't go out there when they are (they are there constantly) maintenance works timely and have neon shirts saying maintenance on them. Grounds are kept pretty clean considering the amount of garbage I have seen people toss. There is a problem with our neighbors slamming doors but they do quiet down during 'quiet hours' that start at 11 pm"

"Currently a resident here and I must say my experience isn’t the greatest. The apartments are great inside but the neighbors are very inconsiderate with slamming their doors and yelling and constantly smoking Pot outside, the kids don’t bother me much while outside until they decide to start playing catch next to all the cars out front and hit them with the ball. They have a 1 car per household in front of the building rule but then everyone has their visitors park out front and take up all the spots. The maintenance team has come into my apartment once already without any permission to do so. I lived here growing up and loved it but they have definitely gone downhill since then and I don’t feel it’s worth the $885 I pay every month. Every experience is different though."
