"We booked a whirlpool room for our anniversary. The hotel when you first walk in smells clean and looks nice. Our room was decent size, the carpet was clean, the bed was really nice and very comfortable. Usually we end up going home because hotel beds are so uncomfortable. The jacuzzi was also nice and clean, as well as the bathroom which also had a giant bath tub as well. Front desk was friendly and made sure to ask if everything looked good after we checked in. We have stayed in some really bad jacuzzi rooms over the years but this one was excellent."

"Great location just off of I-94 and near several restaurants. Interior corridors. Comfortable bed in large room but with small bathroom. Quite a bit of noise from other guests, i.e. voices and dogs barking. Hot breakfast has sausage and the usual continental items. Minifridge in my room did not work despite my two repair requests, so they have some operations issues. Overall, a good place to stay if you can get a good price."

"We came to Battle Creek to visit with my father who's at the VA before he passes, we had a long drive so we picked a hotel close by, very happy we picked this location. It recently changed ownership, and it's clear the previous owners didn't put a lot of care into the hotel but, the new owners are doing their best to make it shine like new. Their maintenance team has been working hard the whole time we've been here, and the desk staff have been some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Special shout out to Preet, Joseph, Sai, Bhanu, and the manager CK, you guys helped make this very hard experience easier for me and my family. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who will listen, it will only get better the more time the new owners have to fix it up. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"This was in a very convenient location and the staff was so friendly. My mom and I stayed here and every person we interacted with looked genuinely happy to be there. They were doing some renovations and of course there were a few imperfections in the room, but that's exactly why they were doing renovations! I'm excited to return back here in the future. Easy and spacious parking lot and one of the best hotel breakfast lineups I've ever seen! The pool looked awesome, although we didn't use it. I was very comfortable in the room and the bed was great for me. I especially loved that they decorated for Halloween!"

"I would have a only good things to say about this hotel if it weren't for finding cockroaches coming in and out of the vents. The room was nice and seemed clean. The Bed was comfortable. The in room Jacuzzi tub was a nice touch and we got all the regular essentials you'd expect in a hotel room (coffee pot, tv, microwave, fridge, etc). The employees were nice and pleasant. It was a quiet atmosphere. If it weren't for the cockroaches I would've said I recommend for a reasonably priced stay, but no one wants to take bugs home with them. We had to tie our bags up in trash bags since it was middle of the night by the time we found the bugs. I Doubt switching rooms would've been any better at that point."
