"Christmas- I get to walgreens at 4 minutes to six and the doors won't open. The guy turned around seen me and kept walking. Horrible customer service"

"I scheduled an appointment for 3:15 p.m. for a rapid Covid test at this pharmacy. Upon arrival they informed me that they were not ready and it would be 10-15 minutes and that they would call me. I pull out of line and wait a half hour - no call. I pull in to the line to see what’s going on, still not ready and it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. A grand total of an hour later they call and are ready to test me. I pull into line (no one is in line), they’re not ready. After a few more minutes I am tested and told I will receive my results in a couple hours electronically and charged $128 for the test. A few hours pass by - no results. I know they have my e-mail because I received all of the confirmations. Fast forward to late morning the next day - no results and am now missing work. I call the pharmacy and ask what is going on and am treated like an inconvenience and nuisance. I was placed on hold for 7 minutes and then told over the phone that my results are negative. Awesome! I need these electronically for work. Tech informs me that she doesn’t know why I wasn’t ever sent the results but she essentially can’t send them to me and that it’s not her problem, to talk to the manager on Monday. Moral of the story, you will pay for a service and get treated like a problem even though you’re being kind and understanding and then you still won’t receive the service. I’ve asked for a refund, so we shall see what happens."
