"Too many times articles that are too large for my mailbox are stuffed in and my arm has been broken off of the mailbox three times.I believe there are shoes stuffed in there today. Yesterday I had outdoor light strands stuck in their wedged in. I have left notes but we have several different people delivering out here for some reason and I don't know who's gotten it or not but there's only one girl that brings things to the house and I appreciate that.I would appreciate not having things that are not made to put in the mailbox wedged in there anymore thank you"

"As a small business owner I'm in and out of this location almost daily. Deb and Christine are always so friendly and helpful. Also, Marilyn who delivers to my house is so efficient, friendly and my kid's love her too. Thank you ladies for your hard work!"

"Rude staff both lady inside building and the person who delivers, I constantly get other peoples mail which I send back and it gets put back in my mailbox and then I get a rude note basically saying they have so many boxes they deliver to they arent going to remember who and who doesn't live here, mind you I live in one of the complexes here and we keep our names in our boxes. Also we've had lost mail countless times or where its said delivered and not and we are currently trying to figure out what happened to an important mail piece that they said they delivered Saturday and its now Wednesday they keep asking for a tracking number which they never gave for the mail piece. Honestly if I could give them no stars I would, I also never write reviews this ordeal has just pushed me to this point."

"Live on VW Ave, mail can be anytime from noon to 7pm at times. I have a note posted in the box to not fold large packages as they may contain photos...big packages are folded and stuff into the box The only time they are not is when they can't fold it up. Also my neighbors and I in the apartment complex are exchanging mail because the driver doesn't check addresses and just stuffs mail down the row of boxes. Today (4/9/2020) had a letter to go out, flag was up, mail was delivered on top of the letter to go out; didn't even bother to take it."

"I have been using the USPS Post Office in Vicksburg since we moved here in 2012. I also have a P.O. Box for my business since 2013. I have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. Facility is clean, well organized, and has plenty of boxes and stamps in stock. Even when it is busy, they do their best to get everyone taken care of efficiently."
