"The woman tinna I spoke to today was insanely rude I moved from Michigan in June and was trying to figure out why I’m not receiving my mail that was supposed to be forwarded and she’s telling me I’m lying and it’s has to be something I done wrong. This woman should be fired"

"The young lady was most gracious. My package was returned to wrong house the person returned it to The PO. And told me that they would hold it untill we pick it up.These are great people.. thank you PJC"

"Staff (post master Tinna) refuses to return calls, gives incorrect information and also refuses to give out their supervisor's contact info so they do not get in trouble for mishandling issues. Started multiple cases for a package that wasn't delivered to me and never got a call back. I later found out from the regional office this was marked as a resolved case, despite never getting a call or my package because they didn't want to deal with me. Also, I was told they wouldn't do anything about my missing package because I could have received it, I guess implying I'm lying and going through their insane claim processes for the few dollars or the thrill of dealing with incompetence. I hope the relevant staff get their paychecks mailed to them."

"I love this post office! The people are friendly. The hours are very short though-check ahead. The great thing about this post office...if you mail a letter in the afternoon-it is delivered the next day! Even across the country. I do not know how they do it. It really is crazy. You would not expect that from a small office-try it some time. You will be amazed at how quickly your recipient receives the package."

"Ashley, our mail carrier here in Davisburg does a great job. She goes above and beyond to make sure our mail is delivered in a timely and accurate manner. Courteous and friendly too."
