HIN3 - Amazon XL Delivery Station

"A driver mistakenly turned into our backyard, got stuck in the damp earth, tore up yard. Deep ruts. Driver apologetic, new at job, but was left by Touchdown Logistics to get her own way out. I asked for recompense to repair the yard,soil and seed. The dispatcher gives number of another, no last names given. Pictures and requests sent x3. No response."

"This is the worst Amazon facility I ever had to have to deliver to. They have no care for the drivers time. They will look at you while your at the check in door ringing the bell & people will just walk by. The manger lady at night talks rude to you with an attitude, when she finally decides to come outside and check you in so she can smoke a cigarette. If I never come back here again I'll be ok SMH."

"Worst facility. Have to pick empty and they messed up all my schedule They don’t know how things should be done in right way."

"They have ridiculous schedule, don’t come there between 5:30-930pm. Offsite is somewhere far away and road there is serious test for your truck’s suspension so be careful."
