"Parking of all employees should be in a designated spot and away from the main doors of the club so customers can get the parking they need and it is more useful as 8-10 cars can use the same space rather than one employee for 8 hours"

"Decent prices. They could improve on healthier food choices. Good prices on medications and gasoline. Bad bread choices health wise. Most of their fresh fish are farm raised. Needs improvement!!!"

"I enjoy Sam's club, a wide selection of Items , good quality. I enjoy walking thru looking at all of the items available. I have a Sam's and a Costco membership, Spend most of my $ at Sam's. Like most stores nowadays 2/3 cashier's the rest is self checkout. You can't go wrong Sam's club."

"Not a bad experience, but not to the standards of Costco. Costco is able to retain it's employees better l, which gives it an advantage. I was disappointed, because I know that Walmart is the larger company. I love Walmart, but feel as if Costco levels up the experience. The location did have bright lighting and a wide variety of items. One of the ladies at the Service Desk was awesome! She started my membership on Saturday and had to assist me with a refund on Sunday. She remembered me and was very professional. First thing I noticed was the lack of employees. For a Saturday, this was concerning. I was shopping in the Electronics area where there wasn't a soul around to help. There was an employee in jewelry, but she was taking care of a customer. Even when I entered the employee that was supposed to be checking membership cards was more interested in changing the music in the lobby. So much for ensuring that just anyone can purchase there. On Sunday, there wasn't anyone up front to check membership cards. The restroom was a safety hazard with an unhinged stall door just standing next to the stall. Could easily fall on someone. This is a direct result of Management not knowing that Safety is the highest priority of a business. The cafe had more to offer than Costco, but not organized to handle the volume that Costco has. One cashier to handle all orders tells it all. They were out of ice cream/yogurt, but couldn't explain why. The pizza was not bad and enjoyed the crispy crust. They do have more varieties of soft drinks. The prices were cheaper with a lot of items. Kudos to Sam's Club for the wider variety of choices. I am a current Costco member who was trying to decide if I wanted to stay with Costco or give Sam's Club a try. Costco wins hands down with customer service, pricing, staffing, and safety. Based on my experience today, I will stick with Costco for my main items, but shop here when I don't want to drive to Commerce for Costco or need a quick item."

"Cashier gave me a hard time telling me that the store is only for plus members before 10am and that I probably showed up before 10am since I checked out at 10:30 am. She was probably sour after rejecting their plus membership offer and missing out on a great offer to save $20!! Stick with self checkout to avoid them. Gas price is competitive."
