"Recently all the apartments were reroofed, the parking lot got new lines painted, and any potholes that popup are filled promptly. The grounds are kept up properly. My apartment was gone through and redone completely before I moved in. I haven't had any issues with anything mechanical or electrical. I had an aerator that would go back in after cleaning and it was fixed immediately within 24hrs of notification. Jackie the property manager (landlord) is bar none, she's just great! Very understanding and helpful, non-intrusive and available when you need her. Very respectful and communicative when necessary. The area is quiet enough for being in town. Neighbors are nice and typically quiet or unheard. Overall the area is nice, walking distance of Martins, safe and comfortable surroundings outside of the complex. Some places need re-painted on the exterior but that's a non-issue, purely cosmetic. My unit came with a utility room for my washer and dryer, but I believe they have a community laundry room available on the complex (honestly can't remember never had to use it). With the housing market being inflated the rent is semi balanced (maybe I'm biased, who doesn't want cheaper rent, right?). Overall summary I fell in love with this place, location 4.7 star (fire dept. ~400 - 1k ft. away), atmosphere 5 star, staff 5 star, grounds 4.8 star."
