Maple Court Place

"A family member recently moved into Maple Court Place and we have been totally impressed since day one of his application process. We love coming to visit in these attractive and cheerful surroundings. Rooms are spacious and the floor plan is nicely arranged. I love it that each apartment has a balcony. Thanks for setting the tone in this place Jackie! You are an amazing manager that goes the second mile many times over. Thanks for being so approachable, kind and wise!"

"First, I have to say, being single, and knowing I can feel safe, and have awesome neighbors,is amazing! The apartments are clean, outside is kept clean and well maintained, and Jackie has been such a pleasure to have as apartment manager, she takes care of every detail, goes above and beyond, and she treats each tenant as family, and even gives of her own time to make sure we all are encouraged, supported, and not just a number, she remembers each tenants name, questions they have asked, and is detail oriented.. I love living here, and highly recommend these apartments to anyone!! and am so glad and beyond thankful, Jackie is manager, and I truly hope she is here for years to come, she deserves a raise and then some! "I have lived at Maple Court Place since 2013. It is a nice, quiet, well kept up place to live. And our apartment manager, Jaclyn Miller is absolutely awesome! She goes above and beyond to keep this place beautiful, and running smoothly. And she doesn’t treat us as just tenants, she treats us as friends. She gives each of us personal attention. If we have a problem, whether apartment related or personal, she gives us her undivided attention. We have never had a manager as good as Jackie! She is one of a kind! And we tenants are blessed to have her. We never want her to leave!!!"

"Jackie is the best women for the job. She takes her job seriously and she shows a lot of compassion for her tenants. She keeps this place very nice and clean. I also love that she goes out of her way and uses her free time to plan events for the kids. But this women also saved my life. When I had nothing left to give she sat for hours telling me I do. She is someone that I look up to. She is a true leader of Christ and I honestly could not think of anyone better for this job. This place was really falling apart before she came and it was sad to watch. She has really worked hard to turn this place around and my husband and I can see the difference. Thank you Jackie for everything you do keep trusting and loving the lord and he will take you far. We love this apartment complex.!"

"Very clean, up to date apartment, spacious. Outdoors and landscaping, building hallways kept very clean and nice. I don't have any problems with anyone and i even have a four year and old and a 6 year old. I love my apartment and i live living here, not to mention the staff!!! Amazing staff. Gets right on issues that need addressed, very kind and considerate and loving. The manager is a real people person and very easy to communicate things to, and has a genuine love for the community. Its nice to know if there's ever a problem i know i can depend on the staff here as well as their amazing friendly attitudes. :) gonna be sticking around awhile. :)"
