"I have lived here for 6 plus years and the Community has improved big time. I have never had any problems with management that wasn't handled fairly. Ihave a problem with people smoking in their apartment and outside the building other than that Edgewater is a good place to live. I never had problems with bugs but it happens and management goes by the book or rules. Tenants who are rude disorderly, poor housekeepers ect. are indeed dealt with.. It's a good place to live."

"This place is a mess. The apartment manager is known to have accosted family, friends, babysitters, significant others and frequently accuses them of being on site too often or in her terms more so then not. When asked what that means she shrugs it off, dismisses you or blames it on her boss. If you are a low income renter, go elsewhere. They do not believe in personal space or allowing you to have visitors without having to explain your every move. Seems highly discriminatory to single parents and low income renters."

"I would not recommend anyone to live here. I moved in a little over a month ago to bed bugs and on july 4th i found mold all over the carpets. I call maintenance came out the next day sprayed bleach water on it. Offuce never called me on monday and when i called they fidntd answer. THEY STILL HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE ISSUE."

"It is clean and well cared for. If you have a problem it is seen to right away. No smoking is allowed in the apartments and neither are drugs that haven't been prescribed including weed."
