"Honestly don't move here. I've had a carpenter ant infestation since I moved in. I have 16 month old that crawls on the floor and I have to be worried about the ants not biting him! Rose has been here 3 times which is worthless. The problem still persists"

"I give a 4/5 just cause I am grateful to have a roof over my head and a place that I call home. Thankfully they have been dedicated to getting rid of the bad and destructive people, the front office has been great at keeping up with things and maintenance has been great at making it look nice outside and for fixing needs indoors as well! The reason why they are not a 5/5 is because there are people who ding dong ditch & bang on your door late at night and run away. Then cops show up but atleast they try to patrol it. For the most part, I feel they should put out cameras just for everyone's safety!"

"Would not recommend, the boss lady is extremely rude and abusive with the little power she has, already is towing people cars for no reason and finding a way to kick them out, I have disability and even that doesn't mean anything to her, please cooperate needs a new manager, us people here are trying to live, and the British maintenance man is amazing , after I won my case, I'm still getting harassed in my own home, why live in a place where your manager stock you all the time, hud should get involved, management"

"People CONSTANTLY playing loud music over subs all day and into the night, people fighting and yelling ALL THE TIME. EVERYONE IN THE WHOLE AREA CAN HEAR. would not recommend this as a place to live, especially if you have children. police have had to come several times"

"I only live here because it's the best option of places that are cheap to live other than that this place isn't worth it and as soon as my subsidizing ends I'm out as it absolutely won't be worth staying"
