"Great place to live for an affordable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful to all the needs we might have. Really close to ND Campus and downtown, and there's also a bus stop just a few steps from the apartment. The clubhouse is perfect for work/study (plus, you can always have coffee there). Definitely recommend this place to everybody."

"Have been staying here for a month now. I have been liking it specially the staffs and the facilities provided at the affordable price. John, Dale and Shail are very helpful and listen to the needs of tenants instantly. All the basic requirements are covered as utilities in the rent. Since i don't own a car now, the place is suitably located for the shuttle for the to and fro journey to UND. I hope rest of my stay here would be as smooth as it has been till now."

"I have lived here for a while, and during my stay here they have been very kind to me. The landlord is very open and understanding. She's always going the extra mile to help out with someone's living concern. I love the fact that they are pet friendly. And the maintenance here is great! Maintenance is always available and is very quick to fix anything that needs fixing. Our refrigerator broke and they replaced it with a new one within a matter of a couple days! If there's a clog in the sink, they fix it. If there's something wrong with the washing machine they fix it. If the toilet is acting up they fix it. Eddy Street has always been there to take care of a problem whenever it arises and quickly! I couldn't have asked for any better place to stay!"

"Eddy Street Townhomes was the perfect place for me to stay! As a broke college student, it was easily the cheapest and best option I could find. Great location for IUSB, Notre Dame, or Saint Mary's college students to live off campus! Management was outstanding. Always willing to fix, compromise, and assure that all problems are taken care of. Just within the year I lived there, security cameras were installed, limited parking spaces were addressed properly, and security improved big time! Management was always ON TOP of everything and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommended for not only students but families as well! Great job!"

"Moving to Eddy Street Townhomes is a great decision for any college student. It's nice to live around people my own age. This place has brought me so many new friends that I'm grateful for. The property manager busts her butt to make sure everyone is happy here. Plus $450 a month is a great deal especially when utilities are included."
