If there’s a problem he will figure it out, and if he can’t he will tell you before you spend all your money. He cares about people especially truckers, he likes to solve problems and help drivers. Without mike and crew I would be out of business many months ago. He solved a mysterious shutoff problem with my truck that left me stranded and out of service on multiple occasions.
