"September 28 This totally inept group at Caledonia is at it again. Ordered a replacement debit card from our bank 9 days ago. Just as I was about to go to PNC and have yet ANOTHER card made my neighbor brings my mail to my door. Thank God for honest neighbors. I will say this for the worst post office in the USA.....at least now my next door neighbors are getting my mail instead of neighbors a block away. How do these people keep their jobs? July 15, NO key no package.....complete Morons July 14, 2018. 12:30 pm. The following is the chain of events from a Macy's delivery I was looking into. Cal PO states they delivered it to my parcel locker yesterday....as of now no key in my box. I actually have had this happen before and the package was delivered the following day from what was stated. Probably their attempt to APPEAR to be efficient to their customer, Macy's, but that would be a complete falsehood. This place will never change under their current postmaster and even though they express their concern they could give a rat's behind. STILL WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 1/2 STAR. Two days SO FAR!! They are 3 miles up the road. Clowns!! No idea where my mail is but I am getting someone else's. Amazing UPS and FEDEX never miss but the morons at Caledonia Post Office are GREAT at it. If not for things like payroll bonuses, gift cards from places like Penny's and rebates coming through the mail I could care less but they are all AWOL. Thanks again Caledonia Postal idiots!!!!!! Update April 8th. Yesterday I get email from a company I bought a pair of Ray Bans from online that my package was delivered to my parcel locker. If I had known they use the USPS I would not have made the purchase. Nothing in my parcel locker, no key in my mail box. Funny thing is the parcel lockers that flank mine BOTH had keys in them and packages gone. Someone got a nice pair of $100 Ray Ban's. These people in Caledonia Post Office continue to provide the worst possible service they can. Morons!! 12/7/23 They still can't deliver over the 50% mark. This time they sent my wife's gift back to Macy's cause they can't find the same address that Amazon, UPS and FedEx find without exception. Nice that they have relatives who post fake five star reviews to help their dismal rating. Morons still....."

"Went in this morning to get our passport applications processed. Arrived 30 minutes before our appointment but they took us right away. Fast, helpful, and very pleased with the process."

"Have dropped multiple packages into the drop box in the last several days. None of them get scanned into the system for tracking. If you want to track the progress of your packages for piece of mind do not use this branches drop box. Worthless."

"I reused a box that said “ wine country gift baskets” - I was told I cannot ship using this box that I had to black out the wine part. So I said, can I borrow a marker and she said no that would not suffice, that I would need to go home and put some type of masking tape over it. Yet another reminder why I should go to the Middleville post office instead, ridiculous."

"After 26% rate increase for my PO Box two years in a row ($200/yr for a small box), i closed it. I closed it a couple of weeks after they auto-charged my credit card, so they kept $47.Twist the knife and turn. When I spoke with the manager and explained that, first, I didn't request auto pay, he said I had to have if it charged my credit card. I must have tapped "okay" when it came up on their screen, he said. I don't sign up for auto pay for anything, so it must've been in super fine print or I thought I was okaying my purchase of stamps. He explained that that wasn't his problem. When asked why my refund is $47 less than what was charged to my card two weeks before,, he said I had to pay for 3 months. "Those are the rules." So I said then I would use the PO Box for those 3 months. He said no, you closed it.. And then he smiled. He enjoyed that."
