"Was quoted one price on the phone total with tax and then was given an up charge when I got there. When I tried to speak with the manager about it they did not come to talk to me but the person at the register said there was nothing they could do about it. Very poor customer service beware."
"Ive order from jets for awhile now but the past few times have just been urking. I can usually be patient a 5 to 10 minutes extra no problem but their workers have been showing up 15 to 30 minutes late. Today was the first time i had them 30 minutes late not only that but i had ordered online using there deals for a 1 topping pizza and just got cheese without my ordered topping. They are no longer worth my time or money and would no longer recommend them as a pizza service."
