"Out entire block was missed on our trash day. Called to see about when they would come, and they told me they can’t until the following week. Offered no solution and said they would try to get a discount but wouldn’t guarantee it. Called back the next week and they said they would look into getting us picked up and call me back. Never received a call back. When I called to cancel they didn’t even ask why. They just don’t care about their customers. Switched to someone who does."

"Been trying to set up service for 3 weeks now but everytime we call they say the have no record of our call and to put bags beside the road. With no bins critters get into the trash and of course they won't pick that up."

"This company has the worst customer service. They have been charging me for a year for a home I moved out of over a year ago. I have called several times and they never answer. I have left at least 5 voice-mails. They current owners even added recycling after I moved away and they still kept it under my name."

"I have been a customer with Jim's for just about 16 years. Up until recently, I would have given a 5 star rating, unfortunately that's no longer the case. Where I work, I'm responsible for responding to compliance and concerns; and while my goal is within 48 hours, I believe it's important to let your customers know you are listening, you value their business and when you can and it's possible you do what you can to make them happy. Last week, the driver " missed" my garbage at the end of my driveway. While I don't understand how that could happen in culdesac, but mistakes happen. What I DON'T understand is why the office staff cannot call me back or at least leave a message? You have a customer who is waiting...."

"Have had Jim’s since September and it has been nothing but problems. Called at the beginning of November to pay my bill and it took me nearly two weeks to actually get someone on the phone. I finally “thought” my bill was paid considering I gave her my card info, but my trash can has been sitting outside full for almost two weeks, we thought they would just be here Friday because of Thanksgiving, but nope. Finally get a hold of someone this morning just to be told that she wasn’t sure why it wasn’t picked up and she would call me back..... I still have not been called back and have tried numerous times to call them with no luck. My last voicemail was to come pick up their bin and cancel my service, granger may cost a little more, but they have always been reliable."
