"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. For how expensive it is to live here, I'm shocked at how poorly managed it is. It's incredibly difficult to contact the staff, and when I do, it takes WEEKS for my maintenance issues to be resolved (which is extremely problematic when my shower won't drain, the door isn't sealed properly allowing ants to build anthills in my apartment, etc.) Also, they will nickel and dime you for just about everything."

"They DO NOT respond. The Foundry on Eddy Street will GHOST you like you’ve never been ghosted before. Which is hilarious and also infuriating… how their communication with us is very high when it comes to them collecting money!!! I’m reading the reply’s that the Foundry has left under several of the reviews, too. Whoever is writing those is lying through their teeth. It’s all talk, and no action. Embarrassingly, it’s all fake and just a front. I know two different people living at the Foundry that have been waiting over 6 months to receive their referral bonus. I repeat, 6 months… Try going into their office on literally any day… and you’ll get a hilarious response of “Oh, they’re in a meeting right now… Fill out a request or send an email through the portal… yada yada yada…” **Proceeds to never respond** I wonder what fake, snake like response I’ll get from them on this review?? Or will they just delete it."

"As a pet-friendly apartment, not only the dog park is closed during winter, but also they removed all trash outside. And this is what happened right now!! What is going on?? While I hate to see this from irresponsible dog owners, but why Foundry can't have those pet trash cans outside like other apartments do?"

"Only been here for a week but one thing prompted me to give a 5 star review: Steve from maintenance! I've been in a couple of similar apartment complexes before and maintenance would always be a pain. Wasn't thrilled to have to submit a maintenance request so early due to a faulty hanging wall rack in the closet... but Steve came around the very next day, acknowledged our issue, scheduled a next day appointment so he could get the necessary tools, and came around the next day to fix it, all with a level of professionalism, positive attitude and friendliness that were pretty admirable, he even gave me some great tips on wall anchors! So huge props to Steve and very happy with how my maintenance request was handled, deserves a positive review!"

"My interactions with Foundry's leasing office were nothing short of a nightmare! My lease ended in mid-June this year, but I never received our deposit, which amounted to more than $5,000. It was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the leasing office. They neither answered my calls nor responded to my emails. They claimed to have issued the deposit check, but they couldn't even provide a tracking number for the supposed mail. The check was never received, and I was never able to cash it! Originally, the leasing office staff promised to let me pick up the deposit check in person, but they mailed it instead. I want them to re-issue the check but they have GHOSTED me. Another concerning interaction I had with the leasing office was the attempt to SCAM residents through their leasing contract. They required a notice 6 months before your lease end date, stating whether you intend to renew or terminate the lease. Otherwise, they would try to manipulate you into paying extra rent at the monthly rate. DO NOT CONSIDER FOUNDRY AS YOUR NEXT RESIDENCE!"
