"Having lived here for 2 years, it's really incredible how the new management has managed to do so many things wrong: from inconsistent office hours, to unorganized package delivery system, to garbage issues, to door issues, to rent payment issues. And that's excluding the fact that everyone's rent is 200-300 more than Flats or campus court. the constant emails are annoying, and every day us residents discover that irish row can mess a new thing up!"
"Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. If you are a Notre Dame junior or sophomore looking for off campus housing look elsewhere. This place sucks. It is not a safe neighborhood and there are an unbelievable amount of issues with my townhome that have not been fixed after 3 weeks of living here. Again, the management is so freaking awful."
"I wish I could give 0 stars. The maintenance is slow if they bother to show up at all. House had many problems upon move in (broken screens, holes in the wall, broken blinds). After discovering a leaking pipe, the “24/7 maintenance service” line wouldn’t even pick up. The employees at the office have no idea what they’re doing and cannot answer any residential questions."
"Actually the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Completely incompetent staff and management. They never answer their phones, even their “emergency” lines. We are paying a fortune on rent and when we arrived for the year, the house was clearly not cleaned at all and there was damage everywhere. They had not fixed anything over the summer, and there has been essentially no response to maintenance requests a month in. With all of this rent being paid, but no repairs are being done, where is all this money going? Irish Row feels no need to invest in security for its residents either, despite multiple robberies within the first week of school. Irish Row and Crossings needs to be called out for their scam of an operation they are running, and I hope future students read this review and decide to not live here senior year."
"There is free food every Friday but be quick because sometimes it goes really fast! Packages are always safe and the walk is only 20 minutes to campus. Would recommend it to any underclassmen looking for a place off campus!"
