"Well we lived here for 13 months. Don’t expect something fancy here , it’s the basic . Good thing is , your apartment is furnished & also very close to Notre Dame , 15 minutes walk to be specific. Public transportation is just next to your door, which is free for Notre Dame students. Traders joes & eddy street commons not so far from here . You will get a pleasant neighborhood, but don’t walk around at midnight, also your bathtub & sink might get clogged frequently. In winter your electricity bill might be even higher , which is high in summer too , compared to other places . Don’t get upset seeing old furnishings & fittings, this is what you are paying for . I heard they have started renovation, so finger crossed. During our stay they provided other utilities free of cost . The new management keeping things organized, which I appreciate. They refund our security deposits within 2 months since we left & the deduction amount satisfied us . If you want to minimize your cost during your Notre Dame time with a basic package , this is a good place to be ."
