"I lived here for 2 almost 3 years and it was great from start to finish. Kimberly made everything as smooth as it could've been. Anytime there was a concern with anything they made sure it was fixed right away. These apartments are quiet and I love that they set back away from town. The roof just got done last year which made me feel good about not having any leaking problems. I loved how easy it was to pay my bills on the portal and request any maintenance issues. If I ever needed to look for an apartment again I would go back here in a heartbeat. I will forever recommend these apartments!"

"Horrible leasing office. They never answer the phone to speak with them directly, it always goes to an operator. Huge any problems. Requested maintenance to come and they never came. People are revving up their cars at 2:30-3:00 in morning"

"20 years ago I knew people who lived here. I fell in love with the Commons. About 2 years ago, I moved here. I feel for what I pay in rent, it doesn't balance out. When I first came, I was assured there were no bed bugs. They were all over! I had them taken care of. The toilet doesn't run right. In the winter, the balcony door fell off its hinges and had to be repaired. And there are mice. I'm glad I have a cat for that! In 6 months, shes caught 11 mice!"

"Incredibly unprofessional leasing office. I called multiple times during business hours to discuss any availability, but my calls always reached a person who answers when the leasing office is busy. She gave the leasing office the notices to reach out to me, but they still have not called yet. It seems to me that kids are running the leasing office and have no regards for customers. If you are looking for an apartment, do not waste your time with La Porte Commons."
