"When is the pool even opening this year? It closed nearly after a few weeks last summer and no notes was given out as to why? Also the lack of maintenance is terrible. Only apartments that are vacated are being worked on and that’s unacceptable. All of us residents have a lot of major issues that needs to be fixed. With rent being raised nearly doubled next year we expect to at least have our maintenance requests fulfilled that have been sitting for years."

"Horrible management and maintenance! Absolutely unprofessional staff. When you ask a question the answers is always I don't know. Almost 3 years we lived here. I bought a brand new washer and dryer 6months after buying them my dryer started taking longer and longer to dry so I had whirlpool come out and they told me it was a clog up in our vent system. So I had to put a work order in 2/21/21 then another one in March then I just kept asking what was going on. My electric bill went from 150.00 to 350.00. And all they kept telling me my dryer was not their priority. Carol the office manager literally told us she was so sick of hearing about my dryer. Then came August when my lease was up for renewal and I asked again when is it going to get unclothed, she said we our trying to work on it and figure it out. I was fed up and went to code enforcement because that is a major fire hazard. 2 days later it was fixed. That's so things work here."

"We have lived here almost two years. Up until a few months ago it was ok. After the original staff and maintenance personal left it has gone down the drain. Lighting in the complex is next to none. There is one dumpster for the entire complex there is no security to see what is happening in here or who the bad tenants are. I have complained about the open storage unit for two years still nothing has been done to secure the doors kids play in them and at night it is pitch dark out there. I have asked to have my stove fixed for months and have been told that it is not a priority not good just a roof over your head."
