"How do you get in touch with someone???? I have called and called no one will answer the phone I only have a important question and would like to talk to someone please !!!!"

"Hopkins, Mi has a different person there now who acted like she was horribly inconvenienced from the moment I walked in. Had small packages to go out with prepaid and printed postage on them. Asked for something showing I dropped them off. She said "We don't do that here". I knew they didn't have the printed receipts like the bigger offices but have always been given something everywhere else. Seems odd that when I travel and use the small town MI offices in Grand Marais, Rothbury, Seney, and Evart, they always provide me with the tracking numbers and stamp a date on the paper they give me for my records. This gal tosses a post it note pad at me and walks away to the other end of the counter. Mind you I'm the only person in the room. So I ask her to scan them in the system so I know they get entered, you would have thought I asked for her first born. If I were at home I would scan what ALL the other small offices have always given me. She refused to give me anything showing I dropped them off, wanted me to do her job by tossing the post it note pad at me. I have never been treated like this at any other location! This girl needs to take a customer service course, guess I'm used to the great friendly service I get at the Saugatuck PO, the Grand Marais PO, and the others mentioned above. We work in the service industry and this is exactly how you DON"T treat people if you want to be good at your job."
