"I moved into Indian Springs 2nd floor apartment in 2018. I accepted the 2nd floor because at that time a first floor apartment wasn’t available. Due to medical issues and being handicapped I was to be transferred into a 1st floor apartment when one became available. It only took 5 years for that to happen. Even though the apartment is not modern that’s ok because I didn’t have to accept it. Now I’m in a 3 bedroom 1st floor apartment I love it and I also loved my 2 bedroom apartment. I’m very happy with the staff and maintenance for such a tremendous job they’ve done for such a large apartment complex. I have never had a problem with any work order I submitted to the office. The job was always completed in ample time. I enjoy living here so much I recommended Indian Springs apartment to my sister."

"A friend of mine lives here who I visited for a month. They live over on the back side of the complex. For about $1000 in rent, their apartment is very outdated. Carpets are old. Wiring is old making the fuse blow all the time. Even the internet line in the wall is outdated. Had to have Xfinity run a new cable. Other tenants apartments smell of weed all the time on the back side, above, and to the other side of them. You can get much better for less. Only reason they're getting 2 stars is because when I was visiting, there was an issue and maintenance resolved it relatively quickly and the people on the phone were polite in the office. I told my friend not to renew again but with the amount of time they have been living there, they don't want to have to find another place. I may not be able to convince my friend to move out, but I can try to convince other people not to move in. These apartments are only worth half of what they charge."
