"The apartments are really nice and spacious. It is quiet and the lawns are kept up nice and clean. The maintenance workers are really prompt when it comes to fixing issues within the apartments. And the ladies in the office are super sweet. They always help with my questions and concerns... Overall I feel safe because there is a intercom system to enter the building. "If I understand this correctly, that Arbor Glen is no longer accepting cash or check payments for rent. You have to do it online. This is a major inconvenience. Not everybody has internet access. What are they to do? They mat have to use a friend or family members computer to gain access to the site. I talked to one of my neighbors in the next building. She says that she doesn't have a computer. What is she to do? She does have a cell phone but no internet access. She uses it quite a bit and it is already programmed but with no internet access. Maybe one of her friends and family members can assist her and help her to access on her phone. On the portal you ask for payment by credit card or by e check using your bank account. Not everybody has a credit card as access to e check. What are they to do? What you should do is to get rid of the online portal and go back to accepting checks, cash or money orders. It is much better that way. And its much more convenient. And it is also a lot safe. If you do it online some hacker can go online and get access to your funds and drain out your bank account. This online portal should be totally eliminated altogether for the good and safety of all the residents involved."

"I recently moved into my beautiful apartment and have been here just over one month. I am so proud of the home I have been able to create at Arbor Glen Apartment Homes! The unit was super clean, nice newer appliances, with a patio that I have turned into my very own outdoor garden. The maintenance team applied my selected accent wall paint, they installed my beautiful dining room light and I am more than thrilled with the curved main inner wall, it adds a modern flare to the unit. I have enjoyed much time on my patio, surrounded by flowers and blooming shrubbery, listening to the birds in the park like setting of the communal courtyard. They keep the grass well manicured. The complex is quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, however very nice when exchanging pleasantries. My experience with the Manager, Christine, was enjoyable and super simple. Christine helped find me this unit and I am thrilled that it became available. The communal laundry offers three washers and three dryers per building, the unit does not offer private hookup. They provide a card that you refill for simplicity and it makes it easy not to need loose change. Water and trash, sewer utilities are all provided with monthly rent. My electric/gas utility bill is super low. I feel blessed to live in clean lovely unit that I now call home."
