"I moved in at the end of August and I love it. The staff is very helpful. Very quiet and if I have a maintenance problem they are right on it. If you fall behind on rent they will work with you before putting you out and taking you to court as long as you hold up to your part of the agreement … The apartment was very clean. I absolutely love it. The building complex is clean and they keep the grounds clean.I moved in at the end of summer but they I hope next year the pool is open but overall I love it.."

"I was given an apartment that was definitely not ready. I went without a stove for the first 3 weeks, apartment reeked of animals after complaining to the office I was told previous tenants did not have any. Someone lied because it smelled like dog! Carpets were not professionally cleaned, there were footprints left and some much dirt and debris, the vacuum was full even though they stayed the carpet was cleaned. Drawers in the kitchen were nasty. I do not recommend!"

"Would not recommend…I’ve been living here almost 4 1/2 years and the carpet was not new when I moved in..it has now separated from the carpet strip leaving nails exposed…I have been complaining about this for 6 months they won’t replace the carpet. I called corporate and have not even gotten a call returned. They sent some people to stretch the carpet and they did a horrible job the nails are still exposed and the carpet guys dropped nails all throughout my living room and left them…the carpet just needs to be replaced I have small children and pay way to much money to have nails exposed. I will not be renewing my lease..Also they added on 420$ to my rent and have not told me why..horrible place to live"

"Do Not Ever Live Here. It has been a nightmare for the past almost three years. Mold, water leaks damage, they do not ever fix anything the right way so you will just keep having problems. My home was so nasty and the carpets were even nastier when we moved in. They promised new carpet and guess what almost three years into it still nothing. I have little children that been having health issues due to the mold due to the water leaks on and off we have dealt with the whole time we lived here. I do believe the mold is from the water leaks ceiling leaks all that but I think there is something else going on because seems like everyone has mold issues. I have tried to get them to do something or test the mold for a long time. There was a very serious incident that happened with one of my children out here and the office mangers did not do thier job right and still isn't doin their jobs. I am moving Because I have no choice now. Not only because of the serious incident that happened but they do not fix anything right or at all and they don't work with you but your supposed to work with them and understand their problems lol nahhh. I been doing that and I'm done now. I am very happy I'm moving away from all this. How can someone pay rent to a scummy place that was supposed to be fixed and maintenanced right they say luxury apartments when I can't even have a Basic apartment lmfao righttt. I should have at least a basic apartment. I have seen other apartments and they look beautiful and maintained but I guess maybe because of discrimnating against low income people. I'm not sure what It is why they allow this. I know one thing is I am done dealing with it all.."
