"Let me start with, I don't ever leave reviews because I always attempt to handle things directly but after seeing reviews others gave that also experienced poor treatment, I thought it was important to share. My husband reported leak at the tank to Coyne yesterday and they sent someone out today. He was very friendly and even early. (5 stars to him). He remembered we even switched to a smaller tank because we use so little propane, as it is only a backup heat source. He put a credit on account but said we could call manager to do more and that the manager is pretty good at working with people. We use it the equivalent of maybe a few hours a month when cleaning wood stove IF house happens to cool down enough to need it. Well, I called and the manager was extremely rude and defensive the second he got on the phone. He cut me off right away with I can tell you right now I am not doing anymore for you. He thinks he was doing us a favor by getting someone out so fast and giving the credit they did. Even laughing about it. Most of his other statements were jabs that implied I was stupid, a liar or "one of those people" trying to get some free propane when in his opinion, they don't get much money from me already. In between his unnecessary rude and insulting statements I tried to explain to him even my account history shows how little we use and this season even less given better weather. That led to "well most people....." responses. Well, I am talking about my situation, not what most people do or don't do. He asked why even have a tank at all then if I don't use it much, why not just get it out of here. Well, as I stated, it is a backup source, but I was done with his attitude and told him it was pointless as he just wanted to insult me, and it isn't even about the credit anymore, it's about his rude attitude toward me, so I ended the call. I called back a bit later and the lady that answered the phone friendly was instantly short and rude with me after I gave her my name. I got and what can we do for now, in a rude/sarcastic manner. I just called to ask if the gallons they approved to be credited to account, could instead be delivered, otherwise it leaves me having to pay for a fill sooner than normal because of the lost gallons and having to wait to get them then. I am ultimately going to probably have to do that because still out more than the credit given but it will at least give me a little more time. I then got a rude I guess we could do that for you but could take a week or two to get way out there, which is fine, but I don't actually live that far from Coyne, maybe 10 minutes with traffic plus issue exists because of a leak on their end. It's more disappointing because we picked Coyne because of their great customer service in the past to us and switched back to them from other companies after purchasing our past 2 homes. It was actually a priority after the move . We recommended them to people too because we could tell they valued their customers. Well, the changes over the years, especially the past 2 years is very disappointing and I can't believe it's the same company and the same people treating customers this way. Also, this is the 2nd time they have failed to compensate appropriately after a leak. Last time I had to hire someone to prove leak was coming from tank area before they did anything. I was still out a lot of propane cost and fee paid to prove leak location after it was fixed then too. I had to call another location to ask how to report issue internally and was directed to the owner. I am currently waiting for a callback from him."
"They’re always so kind, helpful and prompt. One driver we had for a while always left bubble gum in the receipt sleeve for our kids. They loved it as much as they liked to watch them fill our tank. Thank You for your service."

We just got a delivery after a snow storm and the delivery guy was nice and shoveld off our porch while he was waiting for the tank to fill. I would recommend Coyne to everyone looking for a propane company!"
"I have used their company for the past 5 years and been very pleased with their customer service. Jessica has always been friendly and helpful. I like their monthly payment plan so that you do not have to pay a lump sum to fill your tank. They can tell your gas level remotely which is convenient. Our neighborhood switched to natural gas and they paid me back a prorated amount for the gas left in my tank which not every company does."
