"Cadillac location is a good one. We stop here regularly when driving through. Plenty of gluten-free options. They have a drive through too."
"I came here to order for me and my coworkers. My coworker wanted something off the menu that has preselected items. When I ordered it, I was told I could not order it the way it was shown unless I ordered it online or asked for the items individually. I thought the lady was kidding at first, but she got quite rude and said I needed to pull it up on their online menu and read her the items. I find it odd that she didn’t know what items go on certain menu items and I find it upsetting that she had the audacity to get mad at me for trying to order something off of their own menu! If it’s on your menu and you don’t know how to make it, how is that the customers fault? This is basic stuff! I won’t be back, for me or my coworkers."

She could sense I was having a bad day and asked if she could give me a hug, which is exactly what I needed in that moment. You’ve got an incredible employee in her.
