"Dishwasher doesn’t work, half the outlets don’t work, the tubs and sinks look terrible, the carpet was never cleaned when we moved in, and there’s annual inspections of different sorts where they invade your privacy. During these inspections you get no say in the matter or notice for what time they’ll be there. Just a date. Live someplace worth paying your hard earned money for. The only thing it has going for it is that it’s down the road from my partners workplace."

"These apartments are the worst place to live instead of it being the Ritz-Carlton it's the shitz Carlton everything is falling apart nothing is ever clean when you move in they never have a maintenance guy come and fix anyting there is mold and mildew everywhere termites everywhere I can't put anything in my cupboards I had to throw food away because there was termites in it burn marks on the carpet they painted over my phone jacks I could go on and on this is one of the worst complex I have ever seen and it should be condemned and I hope and pray that nobody moves in here it sucks there's not a Wonder there's so many depressed people in this complex area"
